Parent Teacher Interviews

Times are made available to meet with parents both formally and informally. If you ever need to speak to your child’s class teacher at any time during the year, please contact them so that a mutually convenient time can be organised. Teachers are unable to speak to parents while they have responsibility for a class between 9.00am -3.30pm. Teachers will also contact you if they feel your child may need some extra support with their school work at home.

Parent-Teacher Interviews and Reporting currently run as follows :-

• Term 1 - Parent-Teacher "Chats" - you discuss your child's needs with us - a good chance to get to know each other.
• Term 2 - Written report for each child, supported by an interview with
  your child's teacher.
• Term 4 - Written report for each child and if requested by the parent or
  teacher, an interview.
